Homemade Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (4oz/120g) Oreo Cookie Butter
  • ½ cup (3oz/90g) Oreo Cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup (5oz/150g) White Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Take the cookie butter from the fridge 30 minutes before you want to use it
  2. Mix together the cookie butter and the Oreo cookie crumbs
  3. Make small bite size balls out of the dough and place them on parchment paper
  4. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes
  5. Melt the white chocolate. Once cooled dip the truffles in fulling coating them.Remove any excess chocolate dripping off
  6. Place on the parchment paper again and sprinkle with a few cookie crumbs
  7. Repeat with the rest of your truffles
  8. Store in fridge for up to a week
