Ingredients
- ½ cup (4oz/120g) Oreo Cookie Butter
- ½ cup (3oz/90g) Oreo Cookie crumbs
- 1 cup (5oz/150g) White Chocolate
Instructions
- Take the cookie butter from the fridge 30 minutes before you want to use it
- Mix together the cookie butter and the Oreo cookie crumbs
- Make small bite size balls out of the dough and place them on parchment paper
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes
- Melt the white chocolate. Once cooled dip the truffles in fulling coating them.Remove any excess chocolate dripping off
- Place on the parchment paper again and sprinkle with a few cookie crumbs
- Repeat with the rest of your truffles
- Store in fridge for up to a week
