Hot foods and dips are great but having a savory dish like this is equally delicious without the fuss you can have with some hot foods. You can’t go wrong with this simple combination of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon along with flavorful spices and herbs.
And then after you have all that goodness mixed together, you roll it in pistachios…yum. I personally love pistachios, however, you can always substitute your favorite. If you decide on walnuts, pecans or almonds, be sure to chop them to a similar consistency as the pistachios, and then roll away!
Serve this all around crowd pleaser at your next party with your favorite crackers.
Cheddar Bacon Cheeseball

8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ teaspoon seasoning salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
⅓ cup pistachios, coarsely chopped
In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Fold in the cooked and crumbled bacon and chopped parsley.
Form the cheese into a ball and roll into the pistachios. Refrigerate until servings
